The company was formerly known as Joint Stock Company Raiffeisen Bank Aval and changed its name to Raiffeisen Bank JSC in June 2021.
The company was incorporated in 1992 and is based in Kiev, Ukraine. Raiffeisen Bank JSC is a subsidiary of subsidiary of Raiffeisen Bank International AG.
