Public Joint Stock Company Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works, together with its subsidiaries, manufactures and sells ferrous metallurgy products in Russia and internationally.

It offers rolled products made of high-strength steels; hot-rolled and cold-rolled products, including hot rolled pickled narrow strip, hot rolled pickled coils/sheets, cold rolled steel coils, cold rolled steel sheets, cold rolled narrow strips, and black plates; long products, such as wire rods, rebars, square bars, flat bars, hexagonal bars, and round bars; and coated products, consisting of color coated products, hot dip galvanized rolled products, and tin plates.

The company also provides cold formed sections and steel pipes; shaped products, such as U-channels, angles, and hot rolled special sections; slabs; and square and rectangular billets.

In addition, it offers other products, comprising products of the coke and chemical by- products division; crushed stone and slag; limestone and dolomite; industrial gases; and other products.

Further, the company is engaged in various activities within the production cycle or sale of metal products; and the mining and sale of coal.

Its products are used in the automotive, appliances, railway engineering, mechanical engineering, bridge construction, shipbuilding, construction, consumer goods, packaging, and pipe-making industries.

The company was founded in 1932 and is based in Magnitogorsk, Russia. Public Joint Stock Company Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works operates as a subsidiary of Mintha Holding Limited.
