The company offers services for energy and electricity supply, electric lighting, and low current systems.

It also provides engineering, equipment supply, commissioning, and maintenance services for construction of individual turnkey power supply systems, as well as electrotechnical services; and undertakes engineering projects, such as electric power supply systems and lighting systems for industrial facilities, warehouse complexes, office and administrative buildings, architecture and mood lighting of buildings and architecture objects, landscape lighting, and lighting for sculptures and parks; and electrical laboratory and facility commissioning works.

In addition, the company engages in the design of power supply engineering and electric components for public facilities, electric lighting systems, lightning protection and surge voltage protection systems, and cable support systems; supplying of the specified equipment; electrical installation; and energy saving and audit activities.

Further, it offers maintenance services; and designs, develops, and supplies oil and gas equipment. Additionally, the company trades in non-food consumer goods, construction materials and products, and household goods, as well as provides electrical distribution and control equipment; machinery and equipment for mining and construction; and metal tanks, reservoirs, and containers.

It serves the electric power, oil and gas, steel and mining, engineering, telecommunications and data processing centers, and chemical and food industries.

European Eltech Public Joint Stock Company was founded in 2004 and is based in Moscow, Russia.
